Who we are

What we collect
This site has no forms and sets no cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email or Instagram — usually your name, contact details and information about your event.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your enquiry and to arrange hires and bookings. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect it. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for 12 months, unless they become part of a booking we need to keep records for.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@vibecityuk.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
