Vibe City Presents

We created Vibe City Presents as a live music night in Nottingham: a platform for local talent and diverse voices. We built our line-ups around artists who wanted to perform and develop their craft. Each night featured open-mic performers, at least one spotlight artist, and a host leading games and freestyles.

We organised the nights ourselves, handling artist booking and liaison, ticketing through Gigantic, setup, live sound and changeovers. Our line-ups featured local artists including Mya Eliza, Courtney, Nikko, Riddla, Alrie, Paige Peddie, Saffron Gray, Jessie-Mae Alonzo, Karizz, Sianny, Daniel Thomas, Tanisha, Tamera and Ashley Zeal. Karizz also hosted the nights.

We supplied the PA and ran the live sound, with a drum kit and DJ decks also provided for the nights. We managed sound for the artists and host throughout the event. The main practical consideration was adhering to each venue’s sound-level policies. We stayed in communication with the venue manager, working with the venue as part of our responsibility for the production.

We ran ten events across 2024 and 2025, without a fixed schedule. We held the nights at Revolution Hockley, Mixologist and Alea Casino in Nottingham. There is a desire for the series to return, but our focus is elsewhere for the time being.
